The Office of Student Accounts can assist with any questions regarding:
- Billing of Tuition, Fees, and Housing
- Financial Clearance
- Cougar Payment Plan
- Payment Options
- Employer Reimbursement or College of IL fund payments
- Processing refunds
- Book Vouchers
Online Self-Service
The Office of Student Accounts is paperless. Student Account billing information is available in Student Self-Service; Student Finance which is more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Tuition bills will be generated electronically. You can view your tuition, classes and financial aid at any time via Self-Service on the mySXU portal.
Cash, money order and check payments will be accepted in the Office of Student Accounts, Warde A227. E-check payments, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express payments will only be accepted online through Self-Service.
Online credit card payments will incur a nonrefundable third party processing fee of 2.7% of the payment amount. E-checks will incur a .35 nonrefundable third party processing fee.
