Employment Outcomes Data

An education at Saint Xavier University provides the academic foundation that prepares our graduates to meet the challenges of 21st century careers. Undergraduate outcomes for the 2022-2023 academic year (August 2022, December 2022, and May 2023) were captured using a survey created by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Overall, 90.7% of student respondees reported securing their next steps which includes working, continuing education, volunteering, military, and not seeking.

• 83% of students reported working full time
• 94% of students from the College of Nursing, Health Sciences and Business secured next steps
• 86% of students from the College of Liberal Arts and Education secured next steps
• 29% of students that reported continuing their education chose Saint Xavier University as their graduate school

National averages from the National Association of Colleges and Employers reported a rate of 85.7% of students securing their next steps compared to 90.7% at Saint Xavier University.
