Book Voucher Request

In order to get a book voucher, you must have financial clearance, be receiving excess funds from financial aid and have your student ID (Cougar Card).

• Book vouchers are available for request beginning 14 days before the start of the class each term.
• To obtain a book voucher, the student must initiate the process online via Self-Service on mySXU.
• The voucher can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed. You will receive two emails. The first email explains that we received your request. The second email lets you know when the book voucher is complete.
